CONSIGNMENT TERMS

WHAT CAN YOU PUT ON CONSIGNMENT?

• All clothing and other items  for Consignment must come CLEAN ,PRESSED AND HANGING  With no Damages or stains
 •In-Season Clothes
•  You can have up to (20) items on consignment per household.
• Copa’s Thrift Zone reserves the right to refuse any items.

PRICING:
• Prices for items are determined by Copa’s Thrift Zone.
• Copa’s Thrift Zone reserves the right to discount merchandise during sales events.
• Any merchandise not sold after 60 Days of receipt will be marked down an additional 50%
• After 90 Days any merchandise not picked up will become the property of
Copa’s Thrift Zone.
• Any items that are found to be damaged or flawed after the initial inspection and acceptance will be either sold at a discount or donated to charity. We do not contact you in the event this occurs. Any items left at Copa’s Thrift Zone are at the risk on the consignee. Copa’s Thrift Zone is not responsible for missing or damaged items.

PAYMENT:
• When your item sells you will be paid by either a Check or In-Store Credit. This will be determined when you sign the agreement with Copa’s Thrift Zone.
• If you choose to receive a check, you will receive 45% of the sell price minus sales tax. Your check will be mailed out to the address on the contract by the 5th of the following month.
• If you choose to receive In-Store Credit, you will receive 55% of the sell price minus the sales tax which will be credited to your account.
